Product Overview

What is Dual Investment?
Dual Investment is a non-principal protected, high-yield structured product. It allows users to earn interest regardless of market direction. Users can subscribe with a chosen asset and select a Target Price and Settlement Date. The final settlement currency is determined by the comparison between the Settlement Price and the Target Price.

Subscription Types

What are the "Buy Low" and "Sell High" strategies?
Buy Low (Deposit USDT): This strategy allows users to earn interest in USDT. If the Settlement Price is at or below the Target Price, the subscription amount and interest will be used to purchase the target cryptocurrency at the Target Price.
Sell High (Deposit Crypto): This strategy allows users to earn interest in their deposited cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, ETH). If the Settlement Price is at or above the Target Price, the asset and interest will be sold for USDT at the Target Price.

Settlement Mechanics

How is the final payout calculated?
The settlement depends on the Market Index Price at the time of expiration:
Strategy Scenario Outcome
Buy Low Settlement Price > Target Price You receive: Deposit + Interest (in USDT)
Settlement Price ≤ Target Price You receive: (Deposit + Interest) converted to Crypto at Target Price
Sell High Settlement Price < Target Price You receive: Deposit + Interest (in Crypto)
Settlement Price ≥ Target Price You receive: (Deposit + Interest) converted to USDT at Target Price

Risks and Disclosures

Market Risk
Dual Investment is a non-principal protected product. If the market moves significantly against your position (e.g., a sharp drop in price for "Buy Low" subscribers), the value of the converted assets may be lower than the initial investment.
Lock-up Period
Once a subscription is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or redeemed early. Your funds will be locked until the Settlement Date. Please ensure you have sufficient liquidity before subscribing.
Opportunity Cost
In a rapidly rising market for "Sell High" or a rapidly falling market for "Buy Low," users may lose the opportunity to trade at more favorable market prices, as they are committed to the Target Price.

Key Terms

To help you better understand the product mechanics, here are the key terms used in Dual Investment:
  • Buy Low (Cash-Priced / Call):* A strategy where users subscribe with USDT. By choosing this, you express a willingness to buy the target asset (e.g., BTC/ETH/SOL) at the Target Price upon expiration.
  • Sell High (Asset-Priced / Put):* A strategy where users subscribe with Crypto (e.g., BTC/ETH/SOL). By choosing this, you express a willingness to sell your holdings for USDT at the Target Price upon expiration.
  • Target Price: The pre-determined price level that triggers the buying or selling of the underlying asset.
  • Settlement Price: The actual market price of the asset (e.g., BTC/USDT) at the time of expiration, used to determine the settlement outcome.
  • Exercised: The status when the market conditions meet the Target Price, and your assets are successfully converted (bought or sold) at that price.
  • Expired (Not Exercised): The status when market conditions do not trigger the Target Price. In this case, your principal is returned in the original currency along with the yield.
  • APR (Annual Percentage Rate): The annualized rate of return for the product.

General Questions

Are there any service fees?

There are no additional trading or management fees. The costs are integrated into the APR and the Target Price offered at the time of subscription.

When will I receive my funds?

Settlement occurs automatically on the Settlement Date. Funds (principal + interest) are typically credited to your account within 2-6 hours following the settlement time.
