Why Hasn't My Withdrawal Arrived In The Account?

If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived at the receiving platform or wallet, there are a number of possible reasons. Please carefully review the common scenarios below before contacting support.

Withdrawal Processing Time

  • All withdrawals go through BloFin’s system processing + security checks before being broadcast to the blockchain.

  • This may take several minutes depending on system load and security verification.

  • You can track the withdrawal status under:

    • Assets → History → Withdraw (Web)

    • Wallet → History → Withdraw (App)

Blockchain Confirmations Pending

  • After processing, your transaction must be confirmed by the blockchain.

  • Different networks require different confirmation times:

    • TRC20: usually 1–5 minutes

    • ERC20: 10–30 minutes (longer if congested)

    • BTC: 10 minutes to 1+ hour depending on network traffic and miner fees

  • 👉 You can check the confirmation status directly in the blockchain explorer using your TXID.

Wrong Network Selected

  • The withdrawal network must match the deposit network on the receiving platform.

  • Example: Withdrawing USDT via TRC20 to a wallet expecting ERC20 will result in loss of funds.

  • Always confirm the correct network in both BloFin and the destination platform before submitting.

Memo/Tag Issues

  • Some tokens (e.g., XRP, XLM, TON) require a Memo/Tag in addition to the address.

  • If the Memo/Tag is missing or entered incorrectly, the receiving platform may not credit the funds automatically.

Transaction Confirmed on Blockchain but Funds Not Received

  • If the withdrawal shows as successful in BloFin and is confirmed on the blockchain (verified with TXID), this means the funds have already left BloFin.

  • At this point, the crediting process depends entirely on the receiving platform/wallet.

To ensure smooth withdrawals, always:

  • Double-check the address, network, and Memo/Tag before submitting.

  • Confirm the minimum amount and fees displayed on the withdrawal page.

  • Track progress using the History → Withdraw tab and blockchain explorer.
