Why Have I Not Received My Deposit?

August 16, 2025 at 02:08 PM

If your deposit hasn’t arrived in your BloFin account, don’t worry—there are several common reasons why this might happen. Please review the points below carefully before contacting support.

Blockchain Confirmations Pending

  • All deposits require a certain number of blockchain confirmations before being credited to your account.

  • Until the required confirmations are met, the deposit will not show as available.

  • Confirmation times vary by network:

    • TRC20: usually 1–5 minutes

    • ERC20: 10–30 minutes (can take longer if the network is congested)

    • BTC: varies, may take 10 minutes to 1+ hour depending on fees and network load

👉 You can also check the confirmation status directly in the corresponding blockchain explorer using your TXID.

Wrong Network Selected

  • The network you select on BloFin must match the one used on your sending platform.

  • If you select TRC20 on BloFin but send via ERC20, the funds will not be credited and may be unrecoverable.

  • Always confirm supported networks in the Deposit page before making a transfer.

Missing or Incorrect Memo/Tag

  • Some tokens (e.g., XRP, XLM, TON) require a Memo or Tag for correct crediting.

  • If you forget to include it or enter it incorrectly, the deposit will not be credited.

Minimum Deposit Amount Not Met

  • Each asset and network has a minimum deposit requirement.

  • If you send less than this amount, the deposit will not be credited, and such small amounts are generally non-recoverable.

  • Always check the minimum before sending, shown on the Deposit page.

Unsupported Crypto or Networks

  • Depositing unsupported crypto or networks will not be credited to your account and may result in permanent loss of funds.

  • Example: Sending ETH via an unsupported chain (such as certain L2 or niche networks) will result in loss of funds.

  • Always verify the supported token and its supported network on the BloFin Deposit page before making a transfer. Different tokens may only support specific networks (e.g., USDT supports TRC20, ERC20, BEP20; while some tokens may only support one network).

Deposit Address Errors

  • Ensure you copy the correct deposit address directly from your BloFin account.

  • Do not use old addresses or addresses from other platforms.

  • Always verify the address format and contract address before sending.
