Risk Warning: Recent Fake BloFin Platform Scam

Dear BloFin Users,
 
We have recently received several reports from users being directed to fraudulent platforms impersonating our services, such as "BloFinex" (website: https://blofinex.com/#/) and other fake websites like https://www.blofin.lol/app/#/, blofintyu.top, www.blofincoin.com, and https://blofin-ai.com/. These fake platforms attempt to replicate the BloFin interface and features to deceive users into making deposits. Please ensure you visit BloFin's one and only official website: https://blofin.com/

Scam Details:

A user reported their experience with BloFinex to help others understand the fraudulent tactics employed:

1. Initial Deposit: The user successfully deposited funds into the BloFinex App.

2. First Withdrawal Attempt: The user attempted to withdraw funds, which failed without a clear reason.

3. Verification Request: The platform requested the user to re-verify their identity, despite the user having already completed all required verifications.

4. Delayed Response: The user contacted customer service multiple times and was told to wait patiently. After repeated contacts over a month, the user was asked to submit their identity verification again, which remained under review for an extended period.

5. Continued Delays: Despite submitting the required verification multiple times, the user's withdrawal requests remained pending, causing significant frustration and concern.

 

We urge all users to:

  1. Do not trust any links or applications provided through unofficial channels. The official BloFin website is https://www.blofin.com.
  2. Verify the authenticity of the platform. Only use our official website and apps downloaded from recognized app stores.
  3. Be cautious of any communication claiming to be from BloFin that directs you to unrecognized websites.
 
If you suspect that you have encountered a fraudulent site or have been a victim of this scam, please report it to our support team immediately. BloFin reserves all rights, including taking appropriate legal actions against entities involved in this fraudulent activity.
