When your BloFin account is bound to both an email and a phone number, you have the option to remove either one of them. If your account only is bound to one of them, you can only change it by following the steps in How to Change My Email/Phone Number?
If your account is bound to [phone number + Email + Google Authenticator] simultaneously and one of these options cannot be verified, you can visit https://blofin.com/reset-security and remove the unavailable security item by verifying the other two security items.
If your email and phone number are active and you can successfully log in to your BloFin account, follow the steps below to remove it:
Please kindly note that, to protect your funds, the withdrawal function will be suspended for 24 hours after resetting verification methods.

Log in to your BloFin account and click on your user avatar in the upper right corner.
Go to [Overview] and select [Account & Security].
Navigate to the [Email] section and click [Remove]. A pop-up window will appear, click [Continue] to proceed to the Remove Email page.
At the Remove Email page, verify your current email code, SMS code, and Google Authenticator code. Click [Submit] to successfully remove your email.

Log in to your BloFin account and tap on your avatar in the upper left corner.
Select [Account & Security].
Go to the [Email] section and click arrow [→], then choose [Unlink].
On the Unlink page, verify your email code, SMS code, and Google Authenticator code.
Click [Submit] to successfully remove your email.
If you have lost access to your email or phone number and they are no longer functional, follow these steps below to remove it:
Please kindly note that to protect your funds, withdrawals will be unavailable within 48 hours after resetting the security features.

On the Reset Security Verification page, select your issue and click [Start Reset].
Follow the detailed instructions and requirements to prepare and upload a video.
Verify your email code, SMS code, and Google Authenticator code, then click [Submit].
Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours, and the result will be sent to you via email. Please check your email for updates.

On the Reset Security Verification page, select your issue and tap [Submit].

Provide verification codes for your email, SMS, and Google Authenticator, then tap [Submit].
