Flexible products provide the flexibility to redeem your assets whenever needed, giving you quick access to your funds. With Flexible products, you can deposit your assets and earn interest while retaining the ability to withdraw them anytime.

Locked Products require you to deposit your assets for a fixed period, during which you earn a higher return compared to Flexible products. By committing to the lock-up period, you can benefit from the increased interest rates offered by Locked products, maximizing your potential earnings. So, after the product expires, the principal and interest will be returned to your Earn account automatically.

Redemption of Flexible Earning

1. Click on [Earn] in the navigation bar - [My Earning] to view your Earn orders in positions on the My Earnings page.

2. Select your Earn order under [In Position] field, and click [Redeem] to access the redemption page. Fill in the amount you want to redeem, then click [Redeem]. The assets you redeem will be returned to your Earn account.

Redemption of Fixed Earning

Automatic redemption upon maturity. If the user does not select 'Auto-Subscribe' at the time of subscription, the principal and interest will be returned to the user's Earn account.

If the user selects 'Auto-Subscribe' during the subscription, the principal and interest will be automatically reinvested in the product based on the prevailing fixed interest rate for the same term on the day of maturity. If the user wishes to end the Auto-Subscribe upon maturity, they can choose to select 'Stop Auto-Subscribe'. After the product term expires, the principal and interest will be returned to the user's Earn account.
