[Updated on 2024-09-02] BloFin Will Support the Polygon (MATIC) Token Swap to Polygon (POL)

Dear BloFin Users,

According to the latest announcement of the MATIC project team, BloFin will support the Polygon (MATIC) token swap to Polygon (POL). Details are as follows:

  • Token Swap

All MATIC tokens will be swapped to POL at a ratio of 1 MATIC = 1 POL.

  • Deposits and Withdrawals

1. Deposits and withdrawals of MATIC tokens will be suspended at 02:30 (UTC) on September 4. Please make sure to leave enough time before this time to fully process your MATIC token deposit.

2. BloFin will make a separate announcement after the swap is completed to notify users when deposits and withdrawals of POL tokens will be opened.

3. After the swap is complete, withdrawals of MATIC tokens will no longer be supported.

  • Spot Trading

1. BloFin will delist and cease trading on all spot trading pairs for MATIC at 02:00 (UTC) on September 4.

2. All trade orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases in each respective trading pair.

3. Users are strongly advised to complete or cancel their Spot Trading prior to 2024-09-04, 02:00 (UTC) to avoid potential losses.

4. BloFin will make a separate announcement after the swap is completed to notify users when the POL Spot trading will be opened.

  • Futures Trading

1. BloFin Futures will close all positions and conduct an automatic settlement on the MATICUSDT Perpetual Contracts at 06:00 (UTC) on September 4, 2024.

2. From the time of this announcement, opening positions for MATICUSDT will not be allowed; reduce-only orders for closing positions are supported.

3. All open positions for the MATICUSDT Perpetual Contract will be settled based on the average index price in the last 30 minutes before the delisting at 2024-09-04, 06:00 (UTC).

4. All active and conditional orders for the MATICUSDT Perpetual Contract will be canceled at 2024-09-04, 06:00 (UTC).

5. The delisting of MATICUSDT will affect BloFin contract products (including contract copy trading).

6. Please take the necessary actions to close or cancel your positions before the delisting occurs to avoid any potential losses.

7. BloFin will make a separate announcement after the swap is completed to notify users when the POL Futures trading will be opened.
