[Update] BloFin to Adjust Position Tiers of Multiple USDT-M Perpetual Contracts (2024-08-19)

To enhance market liquidity and mitigate risks, BloFin will adjust the position tiers of multiple USDT-M perpetual contracts at 09:00 (UTC) on August 22, 2024.
