This Privacy Policy describes how Third National, as issuing bank, together with Blofin Wallet, Rain, and applicable service providers, collects, uses, and shares information about you, as well as your rights and choices regarding such information.
 
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Third National,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Third National, including its affiliates, successors, assigns, and subsidiaries, acting as issuer of the Blofin Wallet Card. “You” or “your” refers to the individual accessing or using the Services.
 
By accessing the Blofin Wallet website located at https://web3.blofin.com/ (the “Site”) or by applying for or using the Blofin Wallet Card or related services (the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy, including our collection, use, and sharing of Personal Information as described herein. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.
 
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the Blofin Wallet Site and the Services offered in connection with the Blofin Wallet Card. It does not apply to any third-party websites or services not operated by Blofin Wallet or Third National.
