BloFin Wallet is a self-custody on-chain smart wallet for trading, payments, and asset management. It is a separate product from BloFin Exchange — you do not need a BloFin Exchange account to use it.

 

BloFin Exchange is a centralized trading platform where BloFin holds your funds. BloFin Wallet is a self-custody product — only you control your assets. The two products share a brand but operate independently. You can use BloFin Wallet without ever opening an Exchange account.

 

Yes. BloFin Wallet is available on both iOS and Android.

 

Yes. BloFin Wallet is fully self-custodial. Your seed phrase and Passkey are generated and stored on your device only. BloFin has no access to your funds, cannot move your assets, and cannot freeze your wallet.

 

No. Because your wallet is self-custodial, BloFin cannot recover access on your behalf. If you use a seed phrase wallet, your seed phrase is the only recovery method — store it securely offline. If you use a Passkey wallet, recovery is handled through your cloud account (Apple ID or Google Account), not through BloFin.

 

It depends on your wallet type. If you set up a Passkey wallet, sign in to the same cloud account (Apple ID or Google Account) on your new device and authenticate with biometrics — access is restored. If you set up a seed phrase wallet, import your wallet using the seed phrase you backed up during setup. If you did not back up your seed phrase, access cannot be recovered.

 

A Passkey wallet uses WebAuthn and Account Abstraction (AA) technology to replace the seed phrase with your device's biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint). Your wallet is secured by your device hardware and cloud account — not a 12–24 word phrase you need to store manually. It offers the same self-custody guarantees with a simpler recovery path.

 

Supported networks: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, BNB Chain, Optimism, Polygon, Solana, Tron. Major tokens on each network are supported, including USDT, USDC, ETH, and SOL. Always confirm the network before sending — transfers on unsupported networks cannot be recovered.

 

If you send assets to BloFin Wallet on a network that is not supported, those funds will not appear in your wallet and may not be recoverable. Always verify the destination network matches one of the supported chains before confirming any transfer. BloFin Wallet cannot retrieve funds sent on unsupported networks.

 

Yes. Visa Card and Mastercard are available in different countries and regions. Check the list below to see which card is available where you are.

If your country appears in both lists, either card is available to you. If your country does not appear in either list, card features are not currently supported in your region.

 

BloFin Wallet charges a small service fee on three types of transactions: token swaps, card deposits, and prediction market payouts. The exact fee is shown before you confirm each transaction.

Every on-chain transaction also requires a gas fee, which goes directly to the network's validators — not to BloFin Wallet. Gas can be paid using native tokens (e.g. ETH, SOL) or, for Passkey wallet users, directly in USDT or USDC via gas sponsorship.

There are no fees for receiving funds, holding assets, or browsing the app.

 

New users: open the App, tap "Create Wallet", choose to back up a seed phrase or set up a Passkey, and complete setup.

Existing wallet: tap "Import Wallet", enter your seed phrase or authenticate with your backed-up Passkey, and confirm.

 

Use the built-in Swap feature. It routes through a DEX aggregator to find the best available price. Passkey wallet users complete approval and swap in a single step.

 

Smart Gas is a prepaid gas account that automatically covers transaction fees across all supported networks. You can also pay for gas directly with USDT or USDC using gas sponsorship — no native token balance is required.

 

The BloFin Wallet Card is a Visa or Mastercard issued through the App. Fund it with USDT or USDC from your wallet and use it at any merchant that accepts Visa or Mastercard, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Physical cards are coming soon.

 

The Prediction Market lets you trade the outcome of real-world events — sports results, crypto price moves, and more. Select an event, choose your position, and earn rewards if the result matches your prediction.
